Lovtsov Klochko & Partners (LK&P) is a team of lawyers licensed and certified by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus providing professional legal services to business.
The LK&P team offers the Clients comprehensive legal services, i.e. on a subscription service basis, including assistance on a fairly wide range of issues arising during establishment, management, sale/purchase, corporate restructuring as well as "winding-up" (termination of activities/liquidation).

OUR MISSION
The mission of Lovtsov Klochko & Partners as we see it is to provide Clients with high-quality legal services, strengthen and develop cooperation with them, participate in research conducted by institutional establishments, conferences, seminars and, thus, promote the development of private business in Belarus together with further reforming of the national legislative regulation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of rules and procedures for doing business.
OUR EXPERIENCE & ACHIEVEMENTS
Lawyers of Lovtsov Klochko & Partners have a wealth of extensive experience of successful work specifically in provision of legal services for businesses (over 15 years) in the process of which formation they took a direct part in the implementation of projects of varying complexity, some of which can be described as significant nationwide (Belarus).
The successful experience of implementing international projects in business transactions (i.e. when performing Legal Due Diligence), M&A transactions as well as a project of launching in Belarus of a famous fast food chain belonging to the TOP-10 largest fast food restaurant chains worldwide from the ground up should be specifically noted.
